Sweet views this weekend: Art Wynwood, Boats and More

Just when the Basel dust has settled, the Art Wynwood Fair pops up to remind us there’s still so much more to see. This year, the 5-day long fair that kicked off last night, features 70 international galleries offering a display of distinct contemporary and modern work. Interestingly, this year’s fair will pay special homage to the kind of work that has made Wynwood Miami’s go-to culture mecca: street art, murals and pop surrealism.

Meanwhile across the bridge, The Miami International Boat Show has made its way to the Convention Center. The voyage for street parking might be a rocky one, but the multi-million dollar mega yachts to feast your eyes on more than make up for it.

And when you’re ready to unwind, be sure to check out the Coconut Grove Arts Festival running Saturday through Monday.

The weather is breezy, it’s a long weekend, and there’s a ton of beautiful things to see. Life is good in Miami.

See you around!
